Schlemmen einmal vegetarisch

Gestern morgen hatten Valerie und ich die Idee, einfach mal eine Runde zu schlemmen. Eigentlich hatte ich vor "nur" Lammkottelets zu machen, aber zu dritt macht das mehr Spass. Valerie brachte dazu die Antipasti vom Markt mit.
Was soll ich sagen? Nach vorbereiten der Lammkootelets (marinieren) und aufbereiten der Antipasti und Artischocken haben wir beschlossen, den Hauptgang auf morgen zu verschieben - wir waren einfach voll :-)
